How I hope it goes (probably not) 1. fire Mangini 2. hire jon gruden 3. draft eric berry 4. trade for an extra 2nd rounder 5. hire whole new scouting agency 6. try and acquire a RB for a two-RB system (perhaps Reggie Bush) Honestly, if we just get Eric Berry and Gruden, i'm a happy man. The Browns are slowly putting good pieces on that young and athletic defense. Having Gruden and arguably the best playmkaer on D will just liven it up some more. Eric Wright, Brodney Pool, D-Jackson, Shaun Rogers and Eric Berry is a daaaaaaaamn good defense.
