I guess you can't say we're tanking the season.

This is the same injury that caused Damon to retire, right?

Who can we bring in? Joel Freeland? Robert Swift? What other players would be available via Free Agency. They don't have to be good. Just allow LMA to not have to play center and get beat up physically all year long (and potentially injured by Shaq at some point).

And No, I'm not interested in Eddy Curry. Any ideas?

Stromile Swift? Can we trade Miller or Blake for Zaza Pachulia, Andre Blatche (although he wouldn't fit the character mold).

I think it's safe to say that Bayless is untouchable right now given his play. As far as trades are concerned. No use mortgaging the team for this year.

Well, it looks like Przybilla won't be opting out at the end of the year. Let's hope it's just season-ending and not career-ending.

OK guys, it's time we worked that 2007 magic and pull the #1 pick out of our ass. John Wall come to Portland.

P.S. We should be injury free until the end of time just to balance out this season.

P.P.S. anyone agree the team out to re-incoporate to change their astrology chart? I would be pissing my pants if I worked for the Blazers right now.

    Well...

I don't know what to say. It's like the plane crashed, but everyone's still alive. There's no point in arguing about trades or "what KP can do to save this season". This season's lost. If they manage to make the playoffs, that's more than I could expect. Still, I'm going to watch them every game to scout out my players. Go Blazers, what's left of you.

Can we go back to Oct. 31 and start the season over? Please, please, please.

I've never seen anything like this in 40 years of watching Blazer basketball.

I feel real bad for Joel - he was set to opt out and collect big money. :shitstorm:

That's a relief. If we're going to win a championship with this core group, guys are going to have to stay healthy.

Either something is horribly wrong with our training and medical staff or we're just horribly unlucky (hopefully just) this year.

It's just humorous at this point. I don't mean any disrespect for Joel, but wow.

Since other sports don't typically have the personnel shortages that basketball does, it might be safe to "fix" that to ANY SPORT.
