This amazing run has me concerned if we don't make a trade

I'm worried that next season we will have less injuries, which is good by itself, but as a result we will have more players who deserve playing time and have to accept a lesser role. They won't be happy and will have a hard time staying satisfied and motivated when those individuals feel underutilized.

If anything, this last run has shown me how unimportant spots 8-12 are on the roster. Guys like Juwan Howard, who is an over the hill veteran that signed for the league minimum and had little interest from other teams, is able to step into the rotation and play at 95% of the level as a normal rotational NBA player.

We have a great feel good story the last 5 games, and I expect it to continue the rest of this season with our player all being fully motivated and excited for their roles on the team. I want us to have the same feeling next season even if everyone is healthy.

Yea fo sho, I think this year will be a learning period of time for next season and what to change in terms of mentality right at the beginning of the season.
