    Well, it needs some work. It's just too colorful and busy, very distracting.

    yeah, the cropping definitely needs some work. ever consider .psd's?

    I dont like the shadow on the links. And its to colorful. Try to go simple next time

    If you had better cropping and not as colorful background it would be nice. And the text up top is weird.
