Holy cow. First of all, great all around game. I havnt bit my nails like that in a long time. That kept my hanging. It was so cool to see the last 2 minutes of the game and anyone that missed it should be ashamed of themselves.Steve Nash in my mind, should not be handed the MVP award if the Suns lose this series. And I dont think he should win the award, solely on this game. He started out very well. His teammates werent making shots so he put them on his back and drilled a barrage of jumpers but come on, the guy missed like 8 shots in a row. I know he put them up by 3 with that one 3-pointer in OT but he also blew the game, twice. First of all, he got assaulted by Odom and Smush. Smush knocked the ball away and Kobe scored lay up to put in into OT. I know there is not much you can do there but atleast pass the ball away if you feel they might take it from you. The second time, a jump ball. Hold onto the damn ball Stevie. These should have never happened in the clutch with any player, on any team, in any game, ever. They are just mental errors. To have them happen in the same game, same team, same player TWICE is just insane.I give Kobe props for hitting that closing shot to win the game but in escense, he never should have had a chance to hit the game winning shot. So in all, before you start jumping on Kobe's jock just try to realize that the Lakers' didnt win this game. The Suns lost it. They gave it away. they fumbled it. They let it slip out of their tightly sealed grasp. I know I was very angry about the result because A) I knew that the Laker fans on here would never lay of fof it. (Because of Kobe's game winning shot, I am ignoring the whole Laker section and Lakers vs. Suns playoff thread so I dont hear any uselss bullsh**. 2) I am a fan of the Suns. I hate to see a team like that go down because of 2 flukes. C is kind of like B but) This should never have happened. You hate to see sloppy closing basketball like that.So in result, I threw the nearest object to me at the TV screen .5 seconds after Kobe made that shot. It was my compute mouse. I broke the ball part of my mouse and I cannot fix it. I know it shouldnt have ever happened, kind of like this game.
Didnt you read my post? Im afraid to look in there. I dont care for all the Lakers' fans comments about how great Kobe is.Plus I dont see a problem with more discussion
Hitting a shot to tie the game up and a shot to win the game deserves people saying how great you are. Hitting a three and stealing the ball from the MVP does too. So does hitting key 3's down the stretch, and tying up the MVP.

I have to say, Raja is the biggest flopper [besides ginobli that is]. He flopped once even though kobe clearly didnt touch him.
Kobe is amazing. That floater was one of the more difficult shots I have ever seen him make, considering the time left and how close the defender was. The Lakers will win it in 6.
Can we now say that Kobe does have help? Smush and Odom have been great and Vujacic never misses from 3 point range. 70% from there?

But a lot of the time it's the smart thing to do. It makes a player get an extra foul or two and frustrates the player so he gets out of his game or gets a technical. Everyone should have a Raja or Ginobli on their team. It's great.
I think the praise should go to Luke Walton. If it wasn't for him Kobe wouldn't of even has the game winner. But, yes Kobe gets some credit also. (Wow I just said that)

He used to brick open 3's. Odom sometimes had more turnovers and points and laughed when he he did somrthing. Smush was a good defender for like one game then started gambling for steals.Ah, but you thought Sasha was a good defender

Sasha is a poor defender. He is used to European basketall where they dont stress defense. He will stay on his man, alright but when they try to drive on him, he cant do anything and he gives his man a lot of space to maneuver.
