I wonder how much Nate played into drafting Pendergraph. I imagine he saw quite a bit of him over the past two years, with his son playing alongside him. I am guessing he heard a lot about Pendergraph the past two years. I remember after we drafted him, hearing someone talk about him being a Nate type of player, the type of guy that would run through a brick wall for you if you asked him to. He seems every bit like that. And the type of hard nosed, no-nonsense player that Nate has wanted. I think Nate would hav prefered getting that player as a 30 year old, but a 22 year old in that spot is still good.
I think if we should start calling him "the Noble Savage". ooh wait.. My dads college was once known as the "Savages".
lol BC you are on a savage comedy cycle today!!! Man, I just do not see how Savage is racist! Cottonpicker, yes but savage just doesn't strike me as offensive.
Close. Lonnie Mayne. Nice guy, but a horrible drinking problem, which contributed to the in ring injury that led to his death.
