Pendergraph. Assuming, of course, that the question is, "Which of them looks more like Weird Al Yankovich?"
This... Also, Pendergraph has never had over 30 points in a game, while Aldridge has done it more than once. Pendergraph has never had an 18 rebound game or a 5 block game like LMA (Aldridge has had more than one 5 block game). Plus, Aldridge has already had 2 games THIS YEAR in which he had 12 DEFENSIVE rebounds (Pendergraph has never had 12 Defensive rebounds in a game ) What are your thoughts, KS?
If Jeff Pendergraph is the Second Coming of Brian Grant, and LaMarcus Aldridge is "Sheed without the 'tude" - then it is an interesting debate that recalls decisions Mike Dunleavy made back at the turn of the century, to start Grant and use Sheed as a 6th man. Only problem is - Grant had shown far more offensive ability than Pendergraph, and had a long record of consistency on defense. I'd definitely take Aldridge. But I like Pendergraph off the bench. The question to me should be this - backup PF: Outlaw vs. Pendergraph?
Jesus. Thank you! And as for the Pendergraph or LMA argument it's LaMarcus and it isn't even that close.
I'd say Pendy>Outlaw as a backup PF...He is ideal for what we need. Plus that mid range jumper doesn't look too bad.
