Why does he play Monta Ellis all those 48 minutes games and yanks Curry when he makes a mistake so he ends up with 10 minutes as in last night's game???!!!???!!! To play CJ Watson? WTF we're trying to develop a team for the future here!!!

I think Nelson has a screw loose in his head somewhere. And we got an owner with a bunch of screws loose as he likes Nelson even after he fired him the first time!!! We should not be waiting for any wins record here.

Honestly Curry wasn't that good last night (0-4 with a turnover) and picked up 3 quick fouls. I would have liked to see him for a while in the second half though. Sometimes young guys come out looking terrible, but turn it around and they need time to figure out how to do that. You saw it last night with Randolph, he got off to a really rough start, I think he was 1-6, but really turned it around and became a force as the game went on.

Nellie loves his shooters, that's basically it. He will play Maggette, Watson, and Morrow until they drop even though collectively they get 4 rebounds a game. Nellie must believe he can win while winning the team rebound stat.

Yeah, missing your shots is the cardinal sin with Nelson and you can't make up for it in other areas. I just think you have to look at who you're dealing with and the situation for a benching. It's not like Curry was acting like Stephen Jackson. Also, if a starter was not performing well in a string of games, then maybe a stint on the bench will do some good, e.g. Mario Chalmers who lost his starting job. But if you're going with a rookie, then I rather see him get a chance to redeem himself. Even vets could come back and redeem themselves. I hate to see Monta go the full 48 this often when he does not have to.

Monta's probably going to get injured in those 40+ minutes a game he averages. Way to go Nelson. I mean if you got the guards spare Monta some minutes of rest. I mean it's not like we're yanking Biedrins to put in DJ Mbenga or Maggette at center. I don't care use Curry, Watson, Claxton... just don't get Monta hurt when he's tired and vulnerable to making a clumsy mistake and getting injured.

CJ will continue to get minutes leading up to the trade deadline. Especially on nights when the kid just doesn't have it. Once Mid-Feb rolls around, if CJ doesn't get moved, then I'd imagine that he'll retreat to the end of the bench

I think CJ is one of Nelson's players. It's hard to figure Nelson because he doesn't talk too much about his players unless it's to complain about their play. I usually go with the amount of minutes he's playing somebody. So we got Monta, CJ, Mags, Azubuike and Curry as his favorites and I'm not sure if Curry is a fave anymore. I think Nelson would trade AR, AB, BW, Turiaf and the rest of the Warriors if he could get something decent in return like Andrea Bargnani as his center .

EDIT: Yeah, I think he trade Curry now, too.

    Yeah, it drives me nutz.

I don't think Don Nelson coaches, he just rides his stars like most other nba coaches. I like what the Rockets are doing. Overachieving. Then again if you got Shane Battier and some very solid players, those are intangibles right there. We could use some defense and leadership on the court. I really don't think we have either. Turiaf is probably the closest guy. Raja Bell might be another.
