I think I might actually do this, which means that T'Wolves would probably laugh at this.

Brand for Pryzbilla/Miller/Pendergraf fits into the trade calculator. Philadelphia gains flexibility by not having to pay $14M for the next 3 years, while Pryzbilla's $6.5M ends after next year. Miller's $6.7M ends in two years. Getting Pendergraf is why they make the trade, otherwise it'd be better for them to keep Brand. Brand becomes our new Center for the next 4 years, while Oden becomes "insurance" if he ever gets "and stays" healthy. Aldridge doesn't have an inside game while Brand's game is all about the inside, both Offensively and Defensively. While I don't want Blake around, and I do want Miller around, the need for someone who can play Center very well far exceeds any issues we may have at Guard with the loss of Miller. The 76er's also know how to use Miller properly, as most any team would, as long as Nate wasn't their Coach.

I don't know; I think Aldridge would fit better with Love and he's a better defender than Jefferson, and they may question Jefferson's work ethic and conditioning. I guess we would only do it if we thought we could do a better job of motivating him than they have, especially as far as playing defense and better conditioning. Also there is some question now as to whether Rubio will ever come over, maybe he would be more likely to come to Portland, assuming we didn't have to trade Fernandez to get him.

22 & 15 tonight is what I know... but hooray! Nash drafted our superstar PG of the future instead

    :deadhorse:

I doubt he's going anywhere x 29 (the chances he'll go to Portland). The Wolves need guards and will probably see what the draft bears them

To be fair, that superstar PG did net us our superstar SG, though. :D
