It is. I have worries that once all the guards are back, Nate will fall back into the same patterns that were causing problems before. I also think the guards coming back impact will be negligible. The guards playing in their place were doing a good job, and finally showing comfort because of the shortened rotation. I am not sure that will be the case once we have a ton of guards wanting playing time again. The reason it is positive IMO is Rudy can play some SF and take a load off of Brandon who has been also playing that position, where none of the rest of the guards are suitable in that position. That is a big postitive.

I'm hoping Blake is the one who sees less time. JB has proven he can make a difference while on the court. Bayless and Rudy can share the back up minutes PG/SG/SF.

I am not holding my breath on that one. Over the years, Nate has shown he is a "Blake" guy. It reminds me of the same problem George Karl has when he was in Seattle. He kept playing Vincent Askew over and over again instead of truly talented members of the team. I believe it cost them in the end.

Hope in one hand and Blake in the other and see which one fills up first.

I've enjoyed watching Webster play 40+ minutes. Ah well.

It depends on whos minutes he gets for me. If it's not Blake's, then it will just annoy me.

I don't think that will change. None of the guards are legit backup SF. All I think it will do is make it so Roy doesn't play so many minutes at backup SF, give him a breather.

I ca't even believe that Nate is actually going to take the minutes away from Bayless instead of Blake.

Just about through 3, and Blake has played 1 1/2 times more than Bayless.

Jerryd looked pretty shaky in that fourth quarter, but I wonder how much of that can be attributed to not playing at all in the third and having no rhythm? It's maddening.

Slowly warm up Rudy, thats what I say. He should get more activity out of him friday. Probably the same 15-20 minutes though.

Someone is going to have to learn to play in the 4th who has not played in the third. Players do it all the time. Rudy has done it before. It is tough, but inevitable.
