We may be looking at a very depleted squad tonight.

    Dear Kobe,

    Please sit out.

I hope the squad is depleted tonight. Kobe shouldn't mess around with back injuries just look at what happened to TMac trying to rush back from his. This is a throw away game for the Lakers and they need to keep their focus on the big picture. It would actually be beneficial for the bench guys to get extended minutes tonight on the road against one of the better teams out West.

We should focus Drew as teh #1 option tonight. So we can showcase him to Toronto.

I feel like this game is going to end in a very ugly way.

Drew's been beasting so far. He's leading us tonight if we win.

I never knew how valuable Luke was to this team until he was injured. Second unit playing much better and much more controlled with him back.

    Jordy Farmar is fucking terrible.

Yeah Luke has this 2nd unit under control. He gets the ball where it needs to go, and plays smart, like usual.

Sasha with a nice pass?!?! WHAT?!

Bunch of bullshit late calls by the ref. Called a walk on Drew when he was just pivoting, calling fouls LATE other times.

LOL with .2secs. left Ron pump faked Dirk between halfcourt and the 3pt line and drew the 3pt foul. Made all 3. Going to the locker room with a 4pt lead.

KOBE PUT US UP BY 2 WITH 8SECS. LEFT!!!!

On that note, stupid mistakes down the stretch, and poor clock management.

Actually, Kobe handled the injury pretty well tonight. This just proves how everyone respects Kobe whenever he is on the floor even if he isnt doing anything...

It spaced up the other guys who were able to knock down shots...

And he even delivered that clutch basket which virtually sealed the W for us.

Hope we can continue this type of play against the Clippers.

Our point guards are seriously morons. 8 FG attempts by Fish (1-8)? 4-10 for Farmar?

Drew was beasting all game and he only gets 11 attempts. What a shame. Big props to Drew, LO, and Ron for stepping up tonight.

This just shows that the Lakers will always own the Mavs.

Holy Sh*t... the next 3 games will be really tough for us especially with all the injuries... Hopefully Pau successfully returns and we manage to build some momentum against the Clips for the games against the Magic and the Cavs (a must win!)

They said that Pau will most likely be there against the Clips.

I couldn't watch the game, but this is an important win. It's great to see Bynum doing well, very productive night for him with 8-11, 22 Pts, 11 Rebs, 2 Assists.

Ron Artest came up big for us last night. He scored 16 points on only 5 shot attempts.

He was abusing Josh Howard all night and put a lot of pressure on the Mavs interior defense. Our entire front court showed up for this game posting double doubles.

Nice effort by Kobe last night contributing where he could. He took two terrible shots down the stretch and was getting blocked on his jumpers which you never see, but he made a huge basket to give us the lead and also a highlight basket dribbling a bad ass through Kidd's legs and hitting a jumper with 2 seconds left on the clock.

Bynum with another dominating night in the post. The kid gets no respect from the officials still. He was getting all night long and Gooden was using two arms to try and defend him. That should be a foul call everytime.

Congrats to Dirk scoring his 20,000 point.

I love watching Mark Cuban lose.

Drew has every right to bitch to the officials, it is ridiculous. I'm still pissed about the 1 FT attempt against the Spurs.

Drew needs to find a way to play good when Pau's back.
