I think Orlando and Charlotte are a safe bet to do really well with some added pieces.

Orlando, Utah, Atlanta, Charlotte will all be up higher. I think Indiana, Miami, LA Lakers, and possably San Antonio will start to decline.

Why do you predict career losing teams to go up and career winning teams to go down?

Why will the Lakers decline? I can understand San Antonio and Miami, although I don't necessarily agree, but the Lakers are a young team still.

Orlando, Toronto, and Boston. Also if anything the Lakers will have a better season next year.

That team will always have a ton of injuries though, look at those players histories.

If they trade Baron Davis and get Monta Ellis starting they'll improve.

Nobody is going to want Baron Davis and Monta Ellis wouldn't know WTF he would be doing and hurt that team, as much as I hate Baron Davis, Monta Ellis would be a poor starting PG.

I was being kind of saracastic. Baron Davis needs to be traded over the offseason. Maybe if they pickup Speedy Claxton from FA, that would really benefit them.

Haha, who would think they would rather have back Speedy over Davis? I think they should trade him for a big man and draft a point and start Fisher if they are looking to dump Davis.

I think Charlotte will definitely improve, they just need either more veteran players to be added or they need their current players to step up and shine even more. Since most of their players are still learning the ropes, I'm sure that once they get their team chemistry and experience down, they will be good to go. Indiana will probably decline next year because they will still continue to feel the results of Ron Artest's leaving. He makes a major impact on any team that he plays on. The Pacers are going to have to produce bigger numbers to make up for it and to keep in the playoff runs year after year.

Why I think some teams will up and down.I think teams like Orlando, Utah and Atlanta will finnaly bit the injury bug and start playing well. I think the Spurs will start to decline because they will begin to rest Duncan more. I dont think they'll decline so much that they miss the playoffs, just they wont win their division next year. I think Miami will decline because Shaq just wont be very effective next year. and the lakers, I think they'll have some team issues, like the Kwame Brown stuff, and they'll now have to compete with the Clippers for good free agents.

Hornets are on the uprise. David West, JR Smith, and Chris Paul together for a second year should be exciting to watch. And, they will stick in one place next year. PJ is going to be another year older, so there may be a problem there, but the draft could suit them well, drafting a good center. Maybe in the off season they could get Nene or Joel Pryzbilla. An 8+ seed is probable.
