For the hundredth time: "Kevin Garnett is staying here," says Minnesota VP Kevin McHale So all these people talking trades can shut it.

I got a letter in the mail from the Timberwolves saying the same thing. This thing has been said over and over again for the past 3-4 years but everyone likes to search and pretend for stories.The rumors will continue until Garnett retires.

Yeah, there will always be rumors when a star player is in a bad situation... and it doesn't really help when Isiah Thomas is a GM in this league because he wants any player he can get his hands on.

You can count on names like KG, AI, and Pierce to be thrown around in rumors until their teams win. So whether he is staying or not, we don't know, but I know that he wants to win in Minnesota and I know that no matter how many times anyone involved with the Wolves says "KG is staying," it will turn into more rumors and false speculation.

Like look at AI. A few years ago he took his team to the ECF and I think the NBA Finals, but now there still are rumors. KG will be a T-Wolve for all of his career.

RealGM also had him going to Philadelphia for Webber and of course to the Knicks.

the rumors are annoying, but still, just because the GM says Garnett won't get traded doesn't mean anything. They tell the press whatever they want to, who knows if it's true or not. I don't really think Garnett is leaving either but people have said stuff and then done the opposite time after time after time. You just don't know.

If Garnett is gonna be traded the Wolves will need some good pieces for the future, and I can not see a team that can give enough for him.

I would like to see him be traded. It would mix up the league a ton. We haven't had a real big trade lately.

KG did pretty well actually with a roster like that. McHale just has to get him some damn help. Jason Terry and a Center would be great signings for them.

No it was a rumor casue it said that KG was in Washington I mean the Washington Wizards Stadium and was talking to Eddie Jordan probably.

Kevin Garnett. Where would he go? I always thought, no matter what rumors of him coming to NY, or LA, or Indiana or Chicago. I knew it wouldn't happen. Why?1) Kevin Garnett is a one time NBA Most Valuable Player2) He is one of the top 10 Players in this League (I'd say number 6, after Kobe, LeBron, AI, Tim Duncan and Dwyane. And remember PLAYERS, not who's most valuable.3) He can get this team to a contender with some help in the pg position, and center position. also bench needs work.
