It wasnt me that made that statement.....

Anyways, We dont have a center, and he fills the spot very well, i never said he was an offensive juggernaut, that was DrexlersDad, not really drexlers dad hahaha

hes a much better scorer than pryz could ever dream of being. better passer, better finisher, better free throw shooter, younger, more blocks.

i never said he was an offensive juggernaut either, merely that he would instantly be our best post option, not to mention his spectacular rebound rate.

    last 7 games 13.3/13.8/2.8 bpg

He has been playing well lately. But his whole career says he has problems with his motor. Some games he shows up, some games he doesn't. Go look at the game logs.

the exact same thing could be said of lamarcus, except for the playing well lately part.

this cracks me up, if he put those numbers up every game do you think he would be available for cheap??

he is MUCH better than anyone we currently have at center.

He has been on somewhat poor teams though, a lot of guys flourish once they get somewhere with some leadership it seems.

I think I'd rather grab Diaw though, while he doesn't have a ton of size, the dude plays great fronting defense (killed Yao with it), and is much more versatile with higher court IQ.

Wait, Outlaw/Blake/Przy for D'Alembert? And we're even discussing the option that KP wouldn't take this and laugh?

Currently, 2 of the 3 aren't playing for us. The other (IMHO) shouldn't be playing any minutes ahead of Miller, Roy, Bayless or Rudy (or Martell in a 3-guard lineup). There's a fair-to-good chance none of the three suit up for us Oct 31 next year. And we'd be getting back a defensive-minded guy at our position of need? Really? This is a debate?

i would be into a diaw deal as well. someone that can play center besides juwan and pgraph. someone to thin out pgraph and dantes minutes.

is pryz's contract covered by insurance this year?

Philly would not do this teade in my opinion. I think they would demand some youth back along with the savings. Dalembert is better than joel who might not even be able to play or play at a decent level next season. I think they would want Bayless, Joel and Outlaw or something like that.
