    Might he be out of sight, out of mind of the coaches now? And the spot goes to Deron Williams? Could happen. Hope not.

    He's proven himself. I believe the coaches respect him and his game enough to vote him in regardless.

    It makes him more likely to be selected. They know they can select him, he'll decline due to the injury, and they can name someone else to fill his spot.

    paul, deron, and roy will be the backup guards. the injury shouldn't hurt his allstar chances at all.

    I'm sure he'll get picked based on what he's done already. If it's just a hammy strain, he shouldn't be out for that long anyway... IF.
