None of those states' (edit: OR Washington D.C.'s) ages of consent are 18 or above.

Here is my view point of underage sex. I think it is okay, like most people have been saying if you are mature enough and can accept the consequences like a man if they occur(not likly) then go ahead a nail the broad lol! Underage Sex, IMO, is really no problem..I mean hormones are a bi*ch and everyone is going to want to do it before there 18, unless your really realigious or somethin..
I am for it and against it. It depends on how extreme it is. If it's a 19 year old having sex with a 16 year old I have no problem with it. If it's a 23 year old having sex with a 12 year old yeah I do have a problem with that.
