    Well with increased taxes in Oregon, people would think about fleeing across the river to Washington to take advantage of their state tax system.

    So Oregon smartly makes it a big pain in the ass to commute in hopes of discouraging people from relocating to the couv. :D

    They should widen I-5 south of the I-5 bridge, that bottle neck is something atrocious.
