For those that don't understand the background, Peter Orszag is the head of the Office of Management and Budget. The Obama Administration wants to divert some of the money that the banks have repaid from TARP to pay for part of their budget. Sen. Gregg quite rightly pointed out that they couldn't do it because of the TARP legislation, which led Mr. Orszag admit that first they had to change the law. It's nice to see one of our elected officials thinking about future generations.
