Maybe someday the middle class in the US will ACTUALLY be poor, and then the GOP will tax them (in spite of them not having taxable income) while the Democrats will give them tax cuts (in spite of them not having taxable income). The kicker is a joke. Absolutley I say keep the kicker and save it for down years. It's go time... companies laid people off last week... the week before... the week before... what do you blame those layoffs for? Seriously... look at the difference in the taxes and if any company is saying that they are fucking shit. Maybe it makes you made at 'the man' or the majority of people who passed the raises... but really, who should you be mad at? I have a question for those in the know regarding sole propriatorships in Oregon... in what way the the taxes change on them? I believe some people in Oregon where using them to avoid taxes... I know someone who worked for their father's company for years... then they formed their own company... just a friends wife (1 employee... her)... and her 'company' (just her) contracted work for her dad... they wrote everything off in taxes... their car (even though the husband drove it to work... not the wife), computers etc... etc... it was just a fucking scam. And oh... it is a minority owned business because it was in the wife's name. I imagine after writing all that shit off they could claim her business made no money and thus avoid the taxes she would have had on her personal income. So the question is... did anything change in what was recently passed regarding sole propriatorships?
I just want to make the comment that there is a difference between what you can get away with and what is legal...some of the stuff you mention makes me think that they will be very unhappy if they undergo an in-depth audit...
Sole proprietorships have unlimited liability. If the company gets sued, the (one and only) owner can lose everything.
Why? Beacuse I'm an independent moderate with an ability to think freely unlike the lefties & righties around hee to MUST follow the party line? I won't feel low about that. It's amazing what one sees when they allow themselves to break free from partisanship. Try it sometime. All you have to lose is narrow mindedness.
Yeah, that's an unbiased source... Looking at the list...is he blaming Oregon for the buyouts and takeovers of companies that used to be headquartered here? Seems like the moves on there that I know anything about have nothing to do with Oregon at all...
