Greg is much more likely than Joel. Bone fractures generally heal completely, even stronger than original. Soft tissue injuries are more iffy and have a greater tendency for recurrence.
sure, tomorrow isn't promised to anyone. But Joel's time table has him scheduled to be back for training camp. Maybe this doesn't happen, but contrary to what the ob stated, it's most likely that it does. STOMP
If Jerryd Bayless is going to be only Chris Childs I say trade him now when everyone thinks he's more than that. and yes, Chris childs was good. The problem tonight was not enough minutes for Batum, it drives me crazy, I really think he's our best player. I give him a new nickname - "the musician".
Also, I don't think Greg Oden would or should be the most important player in the current roster, I think it's the Andre Miller matchup that will determine most games.
This is a very astute comment! Greg can't get the ball in a timely/positional manner without the PG (Andre Miller) delivering the ball to him or to a player that does deliver it to the post. Last night Andre was not able to do his thing because Deron Williams played very good defense on him and he was not able to back him down. In Dallas Andre was able to dominate all their guards. We did a fair job of getting the ball inside last night to Aldridge with our forwards but Webster is not very good yet as a passer. Those tipped balls by Utah were because we do not have a very good entry person. O for Scottie!
