<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>He isn't even coming close to containing Earl Boykins, let alone Andre Miller. I don't see him ever creating a GREAT opportunity for others. You can say it's his 2nd year, but I've seen Sabby Telfair make great passes already. Monta Ellis has made great passes, and he's a combo guard if anything. This guy was heralded as the next great PG, and he's done nothing to suggest that.</div> I agree, this kid has not shown much of anything.

He hasn't shown any big improvement since he was drafted, but the Clippers are high on him, they think he will eb a great successor to Sam Cassell. I don't see much in him either, but I think he will eb a solid player.

He has played well in these playoffs, which shows the potential for him to get better.

I see him being a good NBA player, just not as a point guard. I think he will have to shift to the two guard or even 3 spot. He lacks the court vision to be a point, and he handles aren't even that good, he seems slow too.

If he bulks up. He is too skinny, causing him to be injury prone. It's like a twig snapping when someone whacks it against something. When that twig is thicker, it is harder for it to break. He has a huge height advantage on other pg's which helps out his scoring and he has excellent court vision and pretty good rebounding skills. He should be a 13-6-6 guy in the future and the starting pg ont he Clippers. But like I said, he needs to hit the weight room.

He has the size/potential to be a top 5 PG in the NBA in his prime. He is 6'7'' and has great court vision and is athletic. His shot isn't exceptional by any means, but he can stroke some jumpers from mid-range. But I agree with CB4AllStar, Shaun needs to bulk up. His progression has been set back a little because of injuries. But once he bulks up, works hard, and continues to spend his days behind Sam Cassell, there is no doubt he could become a very special player in this league. And he has been playing very well in the playoffs.

His height at the point guard position is what will eventually give him the edge in the league. He does have good court vision, I just think that he is taking a little bit to develope. When the Clippers drafted him, they knew that it would take a little while for him to develope. He went #4 overall for a reason. If he gets a good amout of playing time, I see him becoming a successful NBA player in the near future.

So he really would be even worse off playing a different position.

I honestly dont agree that his body is the problem. There are plenty of skinny and small players that do just fine. Tayshaun Prince and Reggie Miller......Going to college really doesnt teach you anything that the pro's couldnt. He went #4 overall and that should have really been his only concearn going to the draft and he ended up fine on draft day. Playing at a higher level always help you develope faster so i guess we will just have to see how he does next years season.

He actaully has really great court vision. I think he has shown that this season and playoffs. Now we arent talking John Stockton assist numbers, but he is still going to be a great point guard. I'll go out on a limb and say he is going to be better than Jason Kidd when its all said and done. He really does have that triple double treat every time he steps on the court. The kid can score, pass, and due to his size, rebound. He does need to bulk up, but who doesnt when you come straight out of high school? He also needs to get a steady and reliable jumper, maybe not 3 point range, but a steady 18-20 foot jumper would help. He runs the team really well. If you watched the Clipper-Nugget series, then you saw Livingston setting up his teammates up perfectly. He is averaging 6 assists per game in the playoffs. He will be a great point guard in the league in a year or two.

I don't think he'll be a great player, but he'll be a good player. With averages of 15 PPG, 8 APG, 5 RPG

hes like 21 years old. He is averaging 6 assists per game in the playoffs and he doesnt get that much playing time. 8 assists per game is alot but he was drafted for being a good passer. I think that it is very possible.

I really like this kids ability. He has size, length, incredible vision, and precise passing. He has the right mentality to be a great pg. When he gets more durable, he'll be a star. In game 5 vs. the Nugs, the Clippers were +33 with him on the floor, and -15 with him on the bench.
