ive read some reviews on amazon...evidently this is for people who are "already in shape but wanna take it to the next level" If you want the version for people who dont really work out at all and want to get something going then they have P90...if you stick with that then they recommend p90x
cool thanks for the info. I am just bit torrenting it so I dont spend all the money lol. I work out some.. not Obese or anything, but I just want to work on losing about 20 more lbs. Again thanks for the info
I'm not a fitness guru, but I think if you spend an hour a day working out for 90 straight days, no matter what that workout is, you're gonna see some results. Ed O.
INTENSE! I did it for a bit when I was motivated. I can't remember which exercise it was, but the impact segment of the workout will kick almost anybody's ass. I would recommend it to anybody that has the motivation to work out at home.
Have friends who have done it. Its something different for people who already work out. Great to do before going on vacation, it can get you from the thick, bulky strong look to the lean and shredded look after about a month. Nice to use if your lifting weights regularly and are stuck on a plateau.
I have it and its pretty good. The guy can get annoying but the various workouts are good. You can find burned versions of the DVD's on Craigslist for a fraction of buying it new. I personally prefer some of the 45 min. workouts that are available On Demand on Comcast over the P90X workouts. Especially the workouts with Cindy Whitmarsh. She's nice to look at!
