Miranda Kerr should the game girl every game.and Reggie is back? interesting, I wonder how much burn he gets.
reggie looked gassed at the end of his 5 minute run, too be expected i guess after missing 50 + games. but the story of the game was caledron making like steve nash and totally dominating offensively.
although, i was impressed with how antoine wright and sonny locked him up when they were switched on him.
I'm sure deception will find something to complain about but I can't help but feel good about the way the team has come together during this stretch and is (at times) looking the best they have since the Garbo season. The DeRozan/Weems combo is pretty good. I like it.
we did blow a 20 + lead so i didnt have to search hard to find something to complain about. i still think we need to add a dynamic wing player (e.g. iggy) on this team to do any damage in the playoffs. as for weems- i didnt think much of his defense until recently when i realized this guy has amazing awareness and he's always on the prowl for a steal.
Iggy didn't do much of anything tonight except jack up bricks and turn the ball over. Too early to worry about playoffs now, though. The officiating in this game was atrocious, as usual. I'm not worried about giving up a lead when the Raps score a billion points in the paint. We weren't losing this game on account of that alone.
Also, Mago got credit for two blocks tonight but he realistically had like six or seven altered shots. He was all over them.
I know he won't win it, but I can def vouch for Bargnani as a MIP candidate. This team is slowly making me lose my cynicism.
