Good thing we have a 16 point lead going into the half because I doubt we can keep that % up. Our good rebounding, hustle, and defense must continue in order to finish with a victory.
I tried to find the Stay puft marshmellow man and one of those Charmin bears locked in a death match, but this was the 'softest' fight I could find.
OK then. Steve goes for 4 pts on 2/2, 4 asts/0 TO's in ten minutes in his first (starting) stint. Steve didn't have any serious defensive lapses, he played well, and the team had a 30 point quarter. At the end of his second stint, he had 11 pts on 5/5, 6 asts and only one bone headed turnover at the end of the half, in 16 pretty good minutes. He again played well, and the team had another 30 point quarter. How does that make Nate look bad? Go Blazers
So, I've missed the first half - is this a matter of the Suns' playing like it's already the AS break, or is Ptld really a diff't team?
We've only shot (and made) one 3 pointer for that whole half. Guess we learned a lesson from last night, where we were ice cold from downtown.
I consider it blind luck that it worked. Basically on principle it's a stupid move to keep juggling the lineups.
Yep.. I'm thinking we're going to need every one of those 16 points if we're going to hang on and win this.
