    secret hot dog meanings? do you mean dicks?? people dont eat dicks. well most people at least. actually...i saw a fear factor once and all of them were just devouring dicks left and right, ugh it was AWESOME.

    nobody in the nba has been on fear factor though, that i know of, and if they were, they would definitely not partake in any dick eating. most likely.
