Anyone worried players will come out flat vs CLIPS? No roy and trade deadline.

This is a scary game for us. Really is important we beat bad teams ESP iN PORTLAND.

With that said, trade winds will be blowing (if a deal already isn't made) players will be wondering where they are headed which means no focus and roy still being out might kill any sense of hope for the season. Not to mention some players will still mentally be on vacation. Bad scenario all the way round.

Im sorry but this game is a must win with the celtics, jazz and a 5 game roadie coming up. This game should not be pushed aside if we lose. A win is really needed here IF you want playoffs. And with the trade talks... it seems the Blazers do.

Dwigh Jaynes also saying something is going down now as well. Maybe we will be short handed for this game? Thats nothing new.

I'm not worried the Blazers will come out hungry. This may be the last game for some of the guys to prove to the team that they belong here and they should be well rested. The Clippers have a couple tried All-Star participants too in Kaman and Eric Gordon.

Clippers have the same trade cloud hanging over their team too. Regardless, the Clippers are the more complete team and have length which is going to give us fits. I fully expect the game tomorrow night to either be a close win or a big loss.
