I like it, but I'm not thrilled. I don't think Camby turns this team around or anything, but I think he'll be a help. On the thrilled scale, which goes from "Andre Iguodala" on the high end (as far as vaguely realistic scenarios went) to "Adam Morrison" on the low end, this deal rates a solid "Camby." Useful analysis, I know. You're welcome.
Igudala wouldn't be terrible but the pinnacle of excitment for a trade? I do agree Morrison would be just about the worst, the worst being Telfair.
Note my parenthetical comment "(as far as vaguely realistic scenarios went)." There are plenty of players who would excite me more, but none that one could really make a credible case for Portland being able to get. Though, if Portland dealt Roy to get Paul, I'd be really excited...but I suspect not everyone here would be.
