So I went to a torrent and found a copy of rosetta stone. It came in two downloads, first you downloaded the program that is rosetta stone, then you download the language you want. so i downloaded the program rstone last night, extracted the files to my computer, and installed it. it works fine, i can turn on rstone and it goes to the main screen and says it cant find any languages. now i went to go download italian, and downloaded it fine. but im not sure what to do from here. the provider of the download says to "burn it to a disc or mount it, the file might be to large to burn to a disc so i just mounted it". im not sure what mounting it means. under the program poweriso, i see a little button where i can mount stuff, but it just says i can mount it to a disc in my disc drive. do i need to go purchase a blank cd and mount it like this or what?
I don't think it is appropriate to discuss how to help someone pirate software. I would suggest purchasing a legal copy and get support from the company that published the software.
Mounting is basically a virtual disk. It adds drives to your system and can play ISO or images. I use Daemon Tools to mount my ISOs. Simply right click the software (after you download it), locate the .iso file, and you should be good. PM me if you have any other problems.
As somebody who has a wife who owns a small software company, I'm morally offended by this thread. As somebody looking down at his task bar and seeing his pirated version of Photoshop open, I guess I'm not that offended.
I use Virtual Clone Drive, it's free and really simple. http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-clonedrive.html
