I wouldn't mind taking a chance on Thomas just to see what a summer with Bill Bayno could do. He has a lot of tools. Fuck, if Bayno could get Travis Outlaw to below average, just think what he could do with Thomas!

If Chicago moves Deng for expirings, I'll bet they'd be amenable to picking up Webster as a fairly cheap starting small forward who can swing between the two and the three spots, so maybe that's where the third team comes in; we just piggy back on whatever Deng deal goes down and maybe pick up Thomas and ship out a guy like Pendergraph and Webs.

Who knows, sounds like things are pretty fluid right now.

Everybody is Bayno's project. Every player gets assigned to an assistant coach, and Bayno does individual development with all of them.

Sure, but generally speaking Monty is the one who worked the most with Travis the past couple of years.

Chicago is absolutely not going to want Webster in a Tyrus deal. Would another team value Webster enough to give up an expiring contract for him? Maybe. But then we would have to provide some incentive to Chicago, Bayless, Rudy or a 1st would be to much but I don't think a 2nd rounder would be enough on their end.

    Hoping KP surprises me though!

hmm...maybe that 3-way with POR-Lakers and CHI has some legs after all?

POR does have space to take on Vujacic

Someway for POR to get Vujacic & Tyrus Thomas, Lakers get Hinrich and CHI gets Morrison (expiring), and ???? and a 1st round pick?
