    Actually, you know what's interesting about this? The article mentions it moves Utah under the luxury tax. Brewer was playing well, and they move him just to get under the tax threshold, which we helped put them over with the Millsap move.

    I'm surprised. I thought he was playing pretty well for them.

    I hope they really end up missing him, because they've been playing well lately.

    Brewer has been an okay player this year, and really never took that next step to becoming an elite defender. Utah will definitely miss his athleticism, but his shooting really held them back if you ask me. No way Utah was going to resign both Brewer and Korver while still be able to offer a deal to Matthews, so they had to choose.
