Ahahahahahahaha!! Some of those posts are hilarious! "hes a really really smart and scrappy player" "who wants to sex rodriguez" "He dribbles constantly and that is a good thing" "ok guys imma embrace this dude. sergio over my momma"
D'Antoni showed confidence in Sergio. He played him 26 minutes (starter Duhon got only 21), including the end of both regulation and overtime. Sergio got Thunder players to foul him a few times. His shooting was okay (2-5 at 2 pointers, missed all 3 at 3-pointers). For his first game with a new team, he did just fine. He's there to get assists and he got 6. If he could avoid the 3's (a PG is forced to take a few each game) his line would look better. For all the praise in this thread for OKC, they only beat the lowly Knicks by 3 tonight, and it was in overtime.
durant/westbrook > roy/la anyday of the week. roys always gonna be hurt roy/durant/la and sign camby or hayward = title
such sad times ... never thought id see the day where id rather have okc's roster. hell even westbrook is better then anything we have. roy is gonna be the next grant hill and oden is already using a walking stick
Mixum created an imaginary player named Hayward. If KPee was smart, he would have traded for this guy and all of our problems would be solved.
Thanks for those. I never thought Sergio was that great - but I am happy to see him finally get into the system that can put him in the best position possible to maximize his talent.
