It would be a definite gamble to bring him to Emirates. Luckily, Wenger won't be that stupid.

    Wishful thinking I guess.

He signed a new contract around April of 2008 so I'm sure he's still on our books until 2011 or 2012.

I'd like to see him and Fabianski shipped out and have Wenger pick up a new number one with Mannone as the full time backup.

Per YoungGunners, Arsenal younger, Gilles Sunu, has agreed to go on-loan to the Rams for the majority of the season. I guess this means he has signed a new deal at Arsenal.

Derby have agreed a deal with Arsenal for the loan signing of Gilles Sunu, prompting suggestions that he has signed a new contract with the club. Arsène Wenger was previously unwilling to loan out the prospect who’s current deal expires in the summer, until he had committed his long-term future.

Hopefully he puts pen to paper, I think he could be a good player for us in the future.

    - Man City's plans to sign Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure could hit a snag with the Spanish giants keen to use Toure as bait to secure the services of Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas.

    - Chelsea defender Ashley Cole is facing a £400,000 fine from the Blues after recent headlines concerning the 29-year-old's private life heaped further embarrassment on the club. Alternatively, Cole could be transfer listed by Chelsea following an investigation by the club. Owner Roman Abramovich is understood to be furious at the way Cole's alleged behaviour has damaged the reputation of the club.
    - Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger blames British media for the "terrible pressure" put on youngster Theo Walcott.

I can see Walcott bouncing back after his game against Sunderland. He was absolutely ripping up Sunderland's left-side. I think we'll see more of those 50/50 balls lobbed downfield by Fabregas to give Walcott something to run after.

I find it kind of weird that this guy is getting a lot of coverage on the Arsenal site. A couple of days ago this guy was about to leave the club and now he is getting an article on him every other day. WTF?

Ah, so I guess YoungGuns is a reliable source!

    That's a shame, I like how he doesn't even give a reason.

When was his original comeback prediction?
