    Game is on ESPN

Should be interesting to see how we match up against the new look Dallas Mavericks.

I'm curious to see how Kobe's ankle holds up playing back to back.

Tough to win back to back, interesting game.

Will say a lot about LA if they win and will suck for Mavs if they lose big time, especially being at home.

figures.. after one of kobe's best games this year, he's not playing too well the next game

Why is kobe jacking up shots when the rest of the team is playing well (above 50% fgs)?

And why is bynum out? he's having a good game

Bynum's not playing because Odom always closes the game out.

Kobe needs to stop forcing it. If it's there, take it, but the last couple times down the court, he's forced some tough shots up.

Odom coming up huge right now, getting the and one and then drains the corner trey. Now Kobe with the layup. Just need to get another stop now.

Drew gets no love from the refs.

The whole time he was in the game, he only managed to get Haywood to foul him once? Really, once? The dude was fuckin' hammered all game long.

Apparently Drew said in his post game interview that it is hard to play 8-5.

    $25,000 to the NBA.

Here is a transcript of the interview from a guy @ LG.

AB: It's hard to play 8 on 5

JI (John Ireland): You were heard asking the officials for explanations at the end, did you get any?

AB: When I asked one of the officials, "how did you call a travel?" he replied, "I didn't see a travel" (the guy who called it).

JI: He didn't see it but he called it anyway?

    AB: Yeah.

AB: The last one on Dirk, the dude told me, "I didn't think it was going to mess your shot up."

AB: The second qtr had so many stops in it, so many timeouts, we kind of cooled off over there on the bench a little bit and I didn't get any touches in the 2nd. Coming out in the 3rd, that's when it started.

JI: This is a team you could see in the playoffs, they'll be in it, you'll be in it. Is there anything you'd like to see again?

AB: Yeah of course. I think that we definitely are able to beat that team but like I said, 8 on 5 is tough...hopefully we'll have that same thing when we get to L.A.

Haywood was also pushing a lot on those offensive rebounds he was getting.

Example: Towards end of the game he gets a rebound, Lamar is shoved out of bounds...

Lamar and Drew both got shitted on by the refs tonight. It is absolutely a joke.

How about the non calls on Najera? This guy runs around the court cross checking people. Our guys got too caught up with the officials and the team allowed Jason Terry to get going early on. He's the catalyst for the Mavs and our guards kept making down decisions to double off him. Sloppy basketball the entire night. We had 19 assists and 17 turnovers we were lucky to even be in this game.

Kobe was really indecisive down the stretch last night. He got caught in mid air a few times with no where to go.

Derek Fisher with another god awful game. He has no business jacking up 8 three point attempts on any night.
