I knew the first time I ever saw Bouldin play that he was special. I don't know how well his average athleticism will translate to the NBA though.

I bet people said the exact same thing about Steve Nash. But in any case, I'm not familiar with Bouldin, and that is likely a very unfair comparison to make. But just saying that Nash's "limited" athleticism hasn't prevented him from winning two MVP's and putting up numbers just as good this year too.

If we're looking at tall senior PG's, I think I'd be more interested in Greivis Vasquez.

Bouldin certainly doesn't have the same speed as Bayless or CP3, but he can hit an open jumper (including 3's) and doesn't turn the ball over. He's very efficient with the ball.

Nash's "limited" athleticism is way overplayed. He's just got "soccer" athleticism. He can get into the paint any time he wants.

From what I've heard, Bouldin is a pretty nice guy too. He'd fit in nicely with the mentality KP has been trying to set.

Vasquez is one to likely watch....and POR has brought him in at least once before....

don't know much about Bouldin, wasn't he highly rated out of high school?

Top 100 recruit. Not a burger boy or anything.

I saw Bouldin play a month ago in Spokane when they played St. Mary's. I thought the two best players that night were Sacre and Omar Samhan. Bouldin played well in the 2nd half. To me he seemed to score very quietly. He doesn't make the outstanding play, but he seems to make smart plays. His 3 pt. shot was off that night, but he still found ways to score. I see him as a heady bench player in the NBA based on the one game I watched.
