I think Fedor doesn't care at all, M-1 on the other hand is probably doing all the bitching, if the rumours are true.
By the time M-1 gets off their high horse, Fedor will be long gone from his prime and will be useless in the UFC. Damn shame.
I was under the impression that Fedor's contract with Strikeforce was non-exclusive so I don't know why they would want out of it. They are however trying to renegotiate the terms.
Seems that M-1 is trying to make Fedor vs. Barnett happen in Japan... possibly a triple-promoted show with Dream, M-1, and Strikeforce. Yeah, can't see how that could backfire.
I find it hilarious that they still want Barnett, but don't want Overeem because of his alleged steroid use. Key word is alleged!
^ It is nonsense. Vadim Finkle-whatever is a snake. How can you call Overeem a juicer (never failed a drug test) and then turn around and ask to fight Barnett who has failed three drug tests? Frankly I'm just glad Fedor is already on his way over the hill. If he were still in his 20s this would be a disaster.
Agreed. Should be interesting to see how this 3 headed monster---err, promoted fight works out. Does anyone have any interest in Fedor/Barnett?
