<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (JustBlaze @ May 8 2006, 10:04 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Right click on your desktop, select properties, then click the settings tab on the far right, and adjust the slider. 1024x768 is the default resolution, I use 1280x1024 personally.</div> I appreciate the help, and after I changed it to 1024x768 it was good. Mine was set as 800x600 by default. Then I changed it and everything is much smaller and the icons on the side of my desktop are moved too far to the left (and you can only see half the icon). Damn my computer just sucks then huh? Maybe its different because I have XP?
No, you just need to rearrange them now that you changed the resolution. You basically created more pixels for stuff to be displayed on, so everything looks smaller and your desktop icons won't automatically drag out into the new space. 800x600 is tiny, everything must have looked huge. I can't even stand 1024, I have to use 1280 or everything is just too big for me. Depends what size your monitor is though, mine is 17", maybe yours is 15"?
800x 600? Damn thats crazy, I haven't heard of any one with that resolution in about a year or two now lol.
