    It'd too early to tell, the offseason hasnt even began, and with possible trades and free agents, many of the good teams could fall apart. As of right now though, for teams that missed the playoffs, I'd expect the Magic and Probably the Celtics to make the playoffs, along with not so dominant top seads(no 60 win 4 seed teams) and a above .500 record for playoff teams in the east.

    wayyyyyy too early. let's wait till the offseason comes. there will be a lot of changes.
