Larry's Bohemian Habanero Pepper Sauce. Vinegar, garlic, chiles, and salt. Aged for years in oak wine barrels. Far and away the best habanero sauce I've ever tasted. Alas, Larry passed away a few years back, the supply has run out, and nobody's making any more. I'd pay $50 for an unopened bottle right now...
both are meant to use as flavor. its really personal preference, but i would equate it to the difference between store brand bbq sauce and getting blown by a hot woman.
