    TNA will never rival what WCW was, and thus will never challenge WWE even in its current awful state. TNA is using the same horrible gimmicks that led to WCW folding - Russo/Bischoff, Hogan, signing old, over the hill 'names' instead of developing and legitimately pushing young talent. They have an awful marketing department, bad management, small bookings, and are bleeding money.
