What about the fact he is about to plea and be convicted and sentenced to harrassment. Do you need to hear the other side if one side admits or doesn't want to contest what she is saying?
I read that if he were to plead not guilty and this were to go to trial it would have bled over into the season where it would have undoubtedly been a circus/big distraction. How many articles does Canzano milk out of that situation? I'm not saying that he's innocent or that I know whats really what with James, but jumping to the conclusion that you have seems to ignore other reasonable motivations.
