Sport watching is divided to 2 seasons for me - NBA season most of the winter, F1 season most of the summer. For about 3 months of the year, they overlap however, and we are almost at the start of the F1 season - with the first race coming this weekend in Baharain. If you get SpeedTV - the race is live on that channel (No Comcast, thankfully). I suspect that Rudy Fernandez, if he has the time, will be watching - cheering for Fernando Alonso running his first race for Ferrari (I will too, do not care that much for Ferrari, but I love watching Alonso doing his thing). Here are Rudy and Fernando - when Fernando still drove for Renault.
BTW, if you find anymore pics of RF like this you should post them in here. Then I'll know where they are. Also, you may want to have a think about changing the title of the thread to like... I don't know: Rudy Fernandez Best Fashion Thread (Pics Inside) I'm just thinking out loud here...
I actually care about the racing. Rudy's fashion sense is worthy of it's own thread, I suppose... If you really care - Google Rudy Fernandez and switch to the images tab. It will immediately lead you to things like
conclusion: heterosexual males care more about Rudy Fernandez's fashion choices than they do about F1. /thread
F1 is a European sport, like Soccer. It is very different from basketball where things happen all the time and are fast and furious. There is a longer competition with less "scoring" (passing, I guess, in F1 terms) - but a lot of subtle things that happen - but when something happens - it is a very big deal. As for the conclusion - might be true for some American males on a basketball forum - but generally, there are more eyes watching every F1 race than there are people who even know who Rudy is, I suspect...
I'm going to come out and say it. If Rudy wasn't a Blazer and from Spain, I'd think of him as a douche bag
