    Wow. Does Batum have the smoothest-looking shot in the NBA or what? It's effortless, and the results are incredible. The guy is ice. Give him a year or two and he'll be scaring the daylights out of every team he faces. Heck, it's already starting to happen.

    This guy is a star in the making, and I can't wait to watch his progress in the years to come.

    of course PER attempts to measure overall production on the offensive side of the floor, the defensive end is Nik's forte and where every night he takes primary responsibility on the opponent's top guard or wing. When healthy Corey has had a very good year, but he's no defensive stopper

    Yeah, Batum's defensive game is just as graceful and effective as his offense. The guy has a great all-around game, and he's only 21!!! Gotta love it.
