how hard is the diet stuff for it? I downloaded it on bit torrent but have yet to read up on the diet part before I start
The first few days I felt like I was going to die, because I ate a lot of fast food and not healthy food and I felt like what I was eating was not giving my body enough with the healthy food. But I guess I was just detoxing. I am not overweight, I was getting close tho. I was pushing 195. But now I feel REALLY good. Like, my body is forcing me to eat good and it wants better food. I see fast food now and get sick. If you can get passed the first week of p90x, you are on your way!!! I can see results already and so can my girl. I am feeling a lot better too. Just get one of those pull up bars you see on TV for 30 bucks, get a couple 35 pound weights and you will get ripped bro!
haha well I'm not looking to be like they look at 90 days.. but maybe like 45 days. I too am not like Obese. But I'm at 200 and I could stand to be at like 180. I'm scouring the internet for a sample menu right now. Thats what I think I will/would have the most trouble with.
And that is "THE" most important part of it too. The diet. You can lift all you want, if you don't eat right nothing will happen. My goal is probably 155, lean cut up muscle. Like Mike Swick. I try to figure out what I would fight at, if I was a MMA fighter and get to that weight. My sons uncle fights at 155 but looking at him, you would think he is 185. Just fucking cut up like Rizzles Razors.

But then you don't get to do the X with your arms when you are working out!!!!! lol There is a new one called EXTREME or something by the same people. It is a 60 day program, but much more intense.
