Pfffh. I doubt the Nets will go a round further. They have no interior. Are you kidding me? Past the Pistons? :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA:
:HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: i'm still laughing. what a joke. this just made my day. the nets in the finals :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA:
:HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: at the thought of a New York Knicks fan allowed to speak about the playoffs<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (nykfan4life @ May 8 2006, 09:48 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>conference semis at best. oh yea they're in the semi's now. peace jersey.</div>Instead of being a wise-ass(which you're very bad at btw) how about proving your point?<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BigMo763 @ May 8 2006, 09:42 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>No way... They're the NBA champions barring injury

lol no way they get past Shaq and the Heat either. This is the time that Dwyane Wade really shines. He will light up the Nets perimeter and interior defense and average like 28 a games. Also, the Heat rested Shaq for a reason, late this regular season. You know he will be out there with a vengeance. There will be a couple instances where he will just flat out dominate against Krstic. No way the Nets win. They dont have any depth at all. The Heat on the other side might have the most depth in the NBA and any of those guys can score a lot. They will abbuse the Nets' defense.6 game series. Nets will ride the plane home after 6 games.

The Heat can't defend the perimeter at all. If you watched the Bulls series, which you should have since the Heat are your second favorite team, you would notice that the Bulls would get into the paint whenever they wanted. I mean there was nobody stopping them. They would just take off from the wing and get into the paint with ease. That's a Net strength, probably THE stength of the Nets. When they're attacking the basket, they're impossible to stop. Also, they cannot stop Vince Carter. The Nets go as Vince go as they say and Vince has been going against the Heat. He's averaging almost 40 ppg against them and if he gets hot, the Heat will have to double team and that'll open up shots for Jefferson and Krstic. Speaking of Krstic, how exacly do the Heat plan on guarding the Carter-Krstic pick and roll that's been so effective all season? Krstic is money from 15-18 ft and Shaq doesn't play out that far. Even if he does, they have no shot blocker behind him unless they play Zo and Shaq at the same time but that defeats the purpose of having them on the same team. Haslem on Krstic? Eh, Krstic has a good 4 inches on him. He could post him up or shoot right over him. And how about the fact that Collins can actually play defense on Shaq. He held him to 18 ppg during the regular season and he knows how to defend him. Collins has played stellar defense all year on some of the best post players in the league and he held Jermaine O'Neal in check for all but one game. And say w/e you want about him flopping but watch the replays instead of automatically siding with the 300 lb bufoon. You'll notice he actually does foul the opponent and throughout the course of a game and series, the refs will miss more than they call
yea i did watch the series. shaq was in foul trouble in almost every game on bullsh** calls. the heat are a much deeper team. who's on the nets bench besides jacque vaughn? the heat have payton, zo, walker (even tho he's bad but he's better than any scrub on the nets bench). i know about vince carter and how explosive he can be but i think wade is better than him and nothing will change my mind about this series. nets are going down in 6.
I don't get why Knick fans get ranked on so much,at least there not bandwagoners who hop on winning teams.

OMG! NETZ WIN DA SERIES CUZ THEY HAD THE BETTER 1ST COURTER OF THE 1ST GAME!!!WHOO HOOOOO NETS = NBA CHAMPIONS!!!
