    van Persie has declared himself 'medically fit' and says he could be back in training in the next week. Not sure if we'll see him this season, but miracles do happen.

    - Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas says he feels "broken" after he fracturing his leg during Wednesday's 2-2 Champions League draw with Barcelona.
    - France manager Raymond Domenech says Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was "irresponsible" for starting defender William Gallas in Wednesday's tie with Spanish giants Barca. Gallas suffered a recurrence of a calf injury that has ruled him out for the season and could also cost him a place at the World Cup.

    TBH I'm not fond of him either. He is lazy and tends towards being selfish with the ball. But he is still very young and learning the game is difficult with such sporadic playing time (and what is IMHO and ill-defined role with the team).
