If someone just breaks into your house and starts stealing your stuff and doesn't physicly threaten you, you cannot stab or shoot him...

I found out when I was putting on a new doorknob that someone had stuck a knife into the old one to try to break in. I got really scared when I found that out..

If a man breaks into your house you should be aloud to knock him out, or beat him up, but I agree with the law that you shouldnt be able to kill him if he has no intentions of harming you.

I doubt it. Killers and burgars are too different types of criminals. If thiefs were confronted, most would simply run away than actually cause violence on someone else.BTW, if they didnt want to face jail time why would they kill? That would cause ALOT more jail time, and there are rarely any murder cases that cant be solved nowadays.

No, they could just defer to violently hurting the people, but they dont. Thats not how they do things. They are robbers, not murderers.
