is this season really going to end with the firing of KP? goodbye anything we thought we would be at the end of last season its a different scenario now...in KP we should trust
Yeah. It IS possible though that we will never see a full season with Oden (in a 14 year career, Camby never has) and I'm not sure PA can wait to find out.
I'm of the mind that 75 games or more constitutes a full season. Asking for all 82 is asking a lot for a big man.
-Greg Oden with a second season ending injury -Joel Przybilla with a horrific knee injury -Nic, Rudy, Outlaw, Pendergraph, Mills, Roy, etc., all out with various injuries -Penn fired -KP likely to be fired His firing is the icing on the cake. Who knew baking this cake would end this way. The 2009/2010 season will go down as the craziest Blazer season in history of the franchise.
thats why i think its sad...last year went too well to be true...i just cant belive it fell apart this fast...i really hope pritchard isnt gone.
He has played 75 or more games in only ONE season of his 14 year career. He played less than 60 in 6 of the years. Less than 50 in 4 of the years.
Wouldn't it be cool if it ended with a championship? “If we are healthy with everybody besides Greg (Oden) and Joel (Przybilla), we can beat any team in the West,’’ Roy said. “If we get in a seven-game series, we can beat any team, even without having our centers.’’ http://blog.oregonlive.com/behindblazersbeat/2010/02/roy_without_a_trade_trail_blaz.html Of course, he was talking about having Blake and Outlaw, but still... the guy has confidence. We've played well against the good teams this season when healthy (and sometimes, when not healthy).
