His inside sources told him PJ would be the next Oregon head coach. Canzano + Inside Sources = Bullshit.
Today's the day he hears the final verdict on how effective the last round of chemo really was. He's been looking forward to/dreading this day for MONTHS. I expect to hear something from Paul before tip-off tomorrow. I expect him to say nothing which could be in any way construed as a commitment to keeping KP. I expect him to say something that will shore up KP's position. As for the Penn firing, I don't think it was PA's idea, I think he was approached with the suggestion by a Vulcan, and did nothing more than rubber-stamp the firing.
So then, why not rubber-stamp a prepared statement that supports his GM? Seems like firing a guy, regardless of it was his idea, would be at least a tiny bit of stress on him.
oh gotcha lol. I'm not sure on that stuff. I have heard sources wrong and heard stuff right. I can only speak for me enjoying his show. and how he handles himself when you have a differing opinion. Even though I rarely agree with Canzano.
Well if my home planet got imploded by some Romulan with a singularity device, I would probably start up a business management company on earth too!
One part of the story is just repeating what many others have said since Allen bought the team: his sister is a major player behind the scenes, and doesn't give a hoot about owning an NBA team. Lord only knows if the rest of it comes from anywhere other than Crapzano's poisonous imagination.
I've heard from several unrelated people the same description of her (will not admit/recognize she doesn't know something, random judgments, general bitchiness regardless of circumstance), so I have no trouble with that part. The rest really looks made up, or at least pretending a single source/rumor is more substantial than that. Canzano is like talk radio: find shit to stir up, make somebody a 2-dimensional bad guy, feign innocent intentions afterward.
Best thing you've posted. You keep improving. Agree. Why should Allen, the Vulcans, Miller, or anyone else have to issue a statement in favor of Pritchard, when they're fighting him so hard on the giant raise he wants? He thinks he's God's gift to basketball and will just use it against them in contract negotiations.
