so raps lost a heart breaker again last night and I am fucking sick of chris bosh seriously! HE JUST PUTS UP NUMBERS!!! his not a leader and he blames everyone on the team except him self when raps loose! WTH? he misses a free throw and cant grab a rebound and raps loose! I just think he should leave and raps bring in a guy like josh smith cuz I hate how everyone is bashing hedo, hedo is hedo wtf do u expect when his old and use to having a post player who likes to dunk unlike bosh who always has to take a jumpshot!
Bosh is the problem like Garnett was the problem in Minnesota.....Im sure your team will be better when he's gone...good luck with that
Yeah, I'm not seeing how Bosh is the problem with these guys. I think the problem is they've got a lot of guys who are some combination of 1. Soft and terrible at defense. 2. Not very good. In any case, you guys lost by a point. The Bulls lost by 30 on national TV, and we're supposedly battling you guys for the playoffs. It's kind of like trying to figure out who sucks less, not who's better I guess.
I say Raptors try not to make the playoffs, and hopefully they get the first pick and BAM...John Wall...Championship
Thats what I said would be best 4-5 months ago for the Raptors, but nooooooooo, people actually believed they could go far in the playoffs. The way I see it is, if you know for a fact that your team won't contend for a championship, settling for a playoff berth is worse than not making the playoffs at all. Nothing is worse than a mediocre team because, quite frankly, you're stuck there.
What sucks is that you guys have guys like a 31 years old Turkoglu who is locked up for $50M and is playing mediocre so far.
Mediocre is putting it nicely. Imo we play better without him. I was at the denver game and it was a pleasure to watch Marco, weems and derozan get playing time that is normally eaten by Hedo
Let me rephrase, many people believed this team was "good enough", and should do fine. Especially early in November.
I think the consensus was they would make the playoffs with about 44 wins and get knocked out in the first round. Seems now they are looking at about 38 wins and maybe not getting the eighth seed.
mmmmaybe you should got an look at all the #14 picks for the past decade before you get too excited (re: excited at all). You're looking at a real crapshoot and the Raptors draft history is not that spectacular to say the least.
