...for bullying unnamed posters. Apparently, "bullying" is now a crime. http://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/03/30/massachusetts.bullying.suicide/index.html?hpt=T1
So arrest the school administrators for enabling the behavior and not policing the children placed under their care. And arrest the parents of the kids doing the bullying for raising their kids as douchebags. Kids don't just invent this kind of attitude on their own, they learn it at home.
I see that most of these kids are being charged with "violation of civil rights resulting in bodily injury". WTF is that supposed to mean?
Hm, I read about this a few months ago. Apparently they slammed her head into a locker at one time and called her things like "Irish pig" and "slut" and other vulgar names. But the fact that she committed suicide is the only reason they charged these girls. Otherwise, these "bullying" and "civil rights" charges seem like bogus charges. If she were still alive, I wonder if the media and the administrators and the parents would do anything about the bullying? On the bright side, at least these b*tches aren't getting away with their cowardly acts.
Actually I think the MySpace lady *was* conivcted... but there was more involved... she was using someone elses account to do it. Threatening to do harm to someone else can get you in trouble for sure... regardless of how you do it. It just isn't something to throw out there lightly.
